Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or personal preferences.

We take product safety and cleanliness seriously — our eye masks and sleepwear are intimate-use items, and once shipped, they cannot be restocked or resold.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hi@duskandnoah.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We may request photos of the issue to process a replacement or refund, where applicable.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers in the EU are entitled to cancel or return orders within 14 days of delivery, but only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. Due to hygiene considerations, used or opened products cannot be returned.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued in the case of damaged or incorrect items.
If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
