Shipping policy

Order processing
We pack and send out orders within 1–3 working days. If anything might hold up your order, like a missing address detail or a busy season, we'll email you before it ships.

Delivery within Singapore
Standard shipping is SG$4.99. Most orders arrive within 1–7 working days of being placed.

International delivery
We ship worldwide from Singapore. International standard shipping is SG$15. Orders usually arrive within 7–14 working days, depending on where you are and how quickly customs clears your parcel.

Customs and import fees
Some countries charge duties or taxes on incoming parcels. These aren't included in your order total and are paid by the recipient. If you're unsure, your local customs office can tell you what to expect.

Delays outside our control
Weather, public holidays and courier hiccups can occasionally slow things down. If that happens, we'll keep you updated with everything we know.

Changing or cancelling an order
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as you can and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to cancel it. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please see our Refund Policy.
